Richard Scott Coar was an extraordinary person who touched many lives. He graduated Fresno State Business College with honors. He was 45 years old and had so much life to live!
He was murdered on May 28, 2024, when someone slipped him Fentanyl. That person walks free today. No charges filed on his murderer. No punishment. No consequences for taking the life of such a extraordinary person.
